VISITS PREPARATION & MANAGEMENT • Prepare the STAGE area for visitors alongside the Hospitality & Event coordinator. • Operate the STAGE broadcasting system. • Lead engaging group tours (FR/EN) focusing on retail innovation and boutique operations. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? • You have 5 years of experience in Retail Operations or Retail Logistics. • Youa are proficient in Office 365 and digital tools; knowledge of SAP (stock management) is a strong plus. • You are highly organized, proactive, autonomous, agile, and a strong communicator. • You are flexible and at ease in a fast-changing environment. • You are fluent in English and French • On-site presence required (maximum 20% remote work, depending on operational needs).
